Mr. Neel Khandelwal has over 11 years of experience in the public accounting and finance sectors, with extensive exposure in both the Indian and US markets. He has worked on various assignments in PCAOB audits & SEC reporting consisting of complex accounting arrangements such as reverse mergers, spin-offs, discontinued operations, mergers, and acquisitions. He has also supported companies in the preparation of accounting memos in accordance with ASC for issues like warrant issuance, impairment analysis, and revenue recognition. His expertise includes managing audit teams, US GAAP conversions, and providing advisory services for both listed companies and private entities.

Additionally, Mr Khandelwal has worked in the banking sector, where he handled multinational corporations for trade finance and structured finance. Business Experience: Along with working with BCRG, Mr Khandelwal also represents an associate firm of BCRG in India by the name of SCAN Group and handles companies having a presence in India and Asia.

Since joining SCAN Group in 2018, Mr Khandelwal has led a team of 22+ professionals working in the Offshore domain. He has conducted several training programs, provided insights on SEC rules and auditing standards, and worked on transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. He also serves as the signing audit partner for listed companies in India and has extensive experience with bookkeeping for multinational corporations with subsidiaries.

Prior to working with SCAN, Mr Khandelwal served as Manager at ICICI Bank, overseeing multinational corporate banking for the travel, forex, and finance sectors. His responsibilities included evaluating fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities, assessing corporate risk, and facilitating trade finance and treasury products. He was also an Associate Risk Analyst at Yes Bank, where he reviewed project finance exposures, including renewable energy and real estate sectors. He specialized in risk analysis, financial modeling, and project finance evaluations.
