Mr. Aman Saluja has over 11 years of experience in public accounting, finance, and venture capital, with extensive expertise in PCAOB audits, SEC reporting, financial analysis, and risk management. He has worked on various assignments, including complex accounting arrangements and financial modeling.

Business Experience:

Since joining SCAN Group in 2018, Mr. Saluja has been leading the US Offshore Auditing & Accounting Vertical of the firm, managing a team of 20+ professionals. He has overseen several PCAOB audit assignments, working closely with CPA firms to ensure compliance with US auditing standards and regulatory requirements. His role also includes guiding his team on the latest developments in accounting standards and audit regulations, as well as managing bookkeeping assignments for companies in industries such as Real Estate and Electric Vehicles. He has played a key role in coordinating with auditors and assisting clients in preparing accurate financial statements and ASC-compliant documentation.

Prior to his role at SCAN Group, Mr. Saluja worked with Truedigital Ventures Global Investors & Venture Capitalist from June 2022 to December 2022, where he served as a Financial Analyst. In this role, he focused on analyzing business models, preparing financial projections, and advising corporate clients on their financial strategies.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Saluja worked as an Associate Credit Auditor at Yes Bank from March 2016 to November 2017, where he was involved in the financial analysis of corporate and institutional units. He was responsible for conducting credit monitoring, preparing audit reports, and reviewing risk management procedures for both domestic and international business units.
